I just got an email from an out-of-state client I’ve never met in person. In January of 2018 the hotel owner saw my videos and contacted me to ask if I could teach revenue management to his GM. Through weekly coaching calls and meetings using screen-sharing I taught the GM my revenue management system.
With 2018 just ending he finally has a full year of using my system under his belt. He said: “We had a great year with revenue up 24% from previous year. It was great learning from you!”
